The surreal scene on a Madrid street when a driver drove the wrong way: "You're probably wondering what everyone's doing parked upside down."

The no-entry sign is one of the most well-known signs in the highway code. It doesn't matter if you've never driven before: if you see a red circle with a white rectangle in the center, you know you're not allowed to pass there.

However, as always, there are times when drivers, whether through inattention or simply being clever, ignore this warning. That's when they're committing a reckless act.

That's what happened to the owner of an SUV on a Madrid street. The Instagram account @dashcams.esp shared the moment in which the car can be seen going against the grain.

In the scene, you can see the cars parked facing downwards. Suddenly, the white car appears, driving upwards, to the astonishment of those standing still and watching the situation.

It circulated for quite a while in the wrong place

After a while, which the video shows at a faster speed, the SUV reappears. This time it's reversing because a vehicle traveling in the right direction is forcing it to back up. Eventually, it ends up going in the right direction.
